Welcome To Mansi Kathak !!

Katha kahe so Kathak Kahave is a one line definition of a Kathak performer. Mansi Saxena is the FIRST ” A Grade ” female Kathak artist of DELHI Doordarsan as well as the FIRST I.C.C.R empanelled Female Kathak artist of Punjab and Haryana.

Apart from this, she is the FIRST Kathak artist of the two states who has received National FELLOWSHIP as well as National Scholarship from Ministry of Culture, DELHI .

A disciple of Pt . Rajender Gangani ji and Dr. Jagmohan Sharma ji, She has dedicated herself for the art form and her performance leaves a long lasting impact on the audience. A Post – Graduate as well as SCHOLARSHIP Holder from National School Of Kathak (KATHAK KENDRA), DELHI, she has also worked as a repertory Artist in DRISHTIKON Dance Company of Smt. ADITI MANGALDAS ji and the ASAVARI repertory of Smt. ShOVANA NARAYAN ji in Delhi.

She has performed in various countries like Japan, England, Srilanka, Australia, Oman, Dubai etc. She has also performed ‘solo’ in various National festivals in Lucknow, Calcutta, Silchar, Kerela, Bhopal, Muradabad, Delhi etc.

Also , she has been bestowed with several awards like Rajendra Deep Samman, Kala Ratan samman, Vishesh Pragati samman and many more At present, She is one of the main members of SVADHA ( Regd): a group of performing arts running successfully in Punjab and Haryana.
